If you click on  "Find More Subjects" on the upper left hand corner, you can search for ASTRONOMY. If there are no topics for that, then there is no topic for ASTRONOMY. In terms of courses, there might be. You would have the search for the course on the OPENCOURSEWARE platform. As far as OPENSTUDY and ASTRONOMY being a compliment, there may not be a possibility.
