X+6/ x^3+5x^2-3x-4 long division

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you mean\[\frac{x^3+5x^2-3x-4}{x+6}\]

Do it just like your fourth grade teacher showed you. I really can't feed this into the computer very well. When you divide, only consider the first term of the divisor and the leading term in the dividend.
