has anyone gotten a certificate before? what do they look like and how do you get them?

In order to get a certificate, you must sign up and purchase it. The certificate image can be seen on the page that explains it and at the same time allows you to sign up and purchase it.

At what point do you get the certificate? The website says you have to participate for at least 4 weeks. After that, you have access to the certificate?
