Find the volume of the solid bounded by the cylinders z=5x^2, z=3-x^2, the plane y+z=4 and the x-z plane

Do you happen to have a solution? From a textbook or such. I did draw a region, but it's quite possible that I did it wrong, because the cylinders always evoke the thought it me that a \(\pi\) should be in the answer.

oh okay...it was an object question and the is pie in the answers. Please can you show me how you did it?
