Quick question, not math related. How do i report a problem to open study? My friends account is not working for some reason so she can't use open study so we are sharing this account now.

Oh and by not working, i mean it's not loading. It's just a spinning circle that doesn't end and then it says lost connection..trying to reconnect now. But we are using the same computer(she is with me) and it's just her account that is saying that.
