I'm not sure what is wrong with my friends account, it will not load. It's just a spinning circle that's never ending and then eventually it says lost connection...trying to reconnect. But the thing is, it's just her account. We are using the same computer and mine isn't doing that it's just hers. I'm not sure if there is anything you could do but if there is then thank you.

@hibecca The same thing happened with me, it took a week to get it resolved.
Ask your friend to drop a mail here- contact@openstudy.com
Ask him/her to describe the issue. Hopefully it'll get resolved soon.
