What I'm really after is if anyone can point out where I went wrong by having the "divided by 12" in my final answer. My nspire CAS and InteractMath both agree that it (/12) shouldn't be in the answer.

The 1/12 can come out of the logarithm
Rember ln(a*b)=ln(a)+ln(b)
