So I'm currently taking organic chemistry in school and recently we learned about the names of derivatives of alkyl groups. However, we only went up to butyl groups and I want to know the special names given to the derivatives of longer groups. I searched online, but I couldn't find anything about it. If anyone could refer me to a website that has information regarding what I'm looking for, it'd be greatly appreciated.
