1.5x - 2.5 = 3.5x + 13.7 my answer: 2x + 16.2

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

hmm well when combine like terms 1.5x - 2.5 = 3.5x + 13.7 subtract 1.5x from both sides -2.5 = 2x + 13.7 now subtract 13.7 from both sides -16.2 = 2x divide both sides by 2 x = -8.1 look over what I have done here :)
