What are the different surface area formulas, for a prism, pyramid, cylinder, and cone? also the lateral area formulas???

OpenStudy (mertsj):

They are all readily available on the internet. Do you have access?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah but im not sure what to put in to get the formulas and even if i get the right ones.....

OpenStudy (mertsj):

The same thing you put in your question: prism lateral area formula

OpenStudy (mertsj):

pyramid lateral area formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

are these right? http://www.math.com/tables/geometry/surfareas.htm

OpenStudy (mertsj):

If you put surface area of a prism you will probably get a link that has both the total surface area and the lateral surface area.

OpenStudy (mertsj):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

they dont seem right though because they dont have pyramids or anything and google is confusing me...thats why I asked on here

OpenStudy (mertsj):
