I have a dog and a cat. My cat will glare at my dog and it looks like he is smirking at my dog. My dog bows his head and looks over at my cat and my cat turns to walk away and rubs his tail on my dog's face and my dog lunges for an attack and barks but my cat is too quick and jumps on the counter and lays down and glares at my dog. It is almost like they are having a silent argument. Can animals communicate telapathically with one another?

I would say yes animals have their own way of communication. Although this question has nothing to do with history so questions such as this should be on OpenStudy feedback.
