First, determine how many total utensils there are regardless of the type of utensil.  You can get that by just adding up the numbers of all three.  Next, you will be looking for:

P(S) x P(K | given that one utensil is withdrawn)

P(S) is the # of spoons over the number of total utensils

P(K | given that one utensil is withdrawn) is the # of knives over "one less than the total number of utensils"  (because one utensils will have been taken away by this time.

Multiply the 2 fractions and simplify.
