Did we discuss the foil method yet?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nope :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The way they have it set up in the first one as well. Is how you set up the FOIL method as well which may be a little be easier to understand and remembe

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So if this makes it easier I will also explain FOIL using this example

OpenStudy (anonymous):

FOIL stands for First Outside Inside and Last. But first you have to set up your expression properly. so (x-3)^2 is the same thing as (x-3)(x-3) and that's how we want to set it up
