OpenStudy (anonymous):
MOSFETS Enhancement type MOSFETS are normally "off"(no current between drain and source) and Vgs is applied to "turn off". Depletion type MOSFETS are normally "on"(current flows between drain and source) and Vgs is applied to "turn off". N-channel MOSFETs require a positive Vgs to turn "on/off". P-channel MOSFETs require a negative Vgs to turn "on/off". Can someone please verify these statements for me?
