Find the average rate of change of the function f over the given interval. f(x) = 0.25x^4 - x^2 - 2x + 2 from x = - 5 to x = 4 I know how to find the average rate but I keep getting the wrong answer. Tried plugging it in my calculator multiple ways. I got 21.58 as my answer but it is wrong. Ideas?

did you compute \(\frac{f(4)-f(-5)}{9}\) ?

@satellite73 ah I figured my problem. I typed the multiplication of f(4) wrong on my calculator. Thanks!
