How does the Constitution spell out the four paths for an amendment? Explain one of the paths.

OpenStudy (dean.shyy):

One of these paths involve proposition by Congress. Then state legislatures ratify the amendment.

Um. I am veryyyy dumb when it comes to this stuff.

Please answer the question fully. Please.... I am desperate. The paper this question is from was due today and even tho im in virtual school, my teacher is strict. I really need help.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would've had the paper done this morning when it was due, but this stupid question was holding me back.

OpenStudy (dean.shyy):

The other three ways to amend the Constitution include: 1) Proposition by state conventions, who ratify it themselves 2) Proposition by state legislatures, who ratify it themselves 3) Proposition by Congress, whereby state conventions ratify such amendment

Thank you :) You are very kind.
