i am supposed to get positive 2 but this is what i got.

.2c-.8+1=.15c+.30
.2c=.15c-1.8+.30
.2c=.15c-1.5
.05c = -1.5
C=-30

please help and tell me what i did wrong. thank you

rewrite it as
$$
{20\over100}(c-4)+1={15\over100}(c+2)
$$

except the last line should read $c=10\div5=2$
