Okay, so I do know how to do these, But my teacher wants me to explain how to do these in the SIMPLEST ways possible. PLEASE HELP. *How to solve inequalities, *how to graph inequalities, and about *compound inequalities - particularly their graphing.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you know how to explain ,how can you not be able to do so? O.o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know how to do them, but its hard for me to explain stuff >.< my teachers expect a 'over the phone assignment' where you have to tell them stuff like that^^ and you have to make it as simple as possible .-.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol okay lets see

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for solving inequality you dont change inequality signs and find values and so for how you plot inequalitty you consider inequality equation as equality equation plot the lines find out if its y greater than or less than equation and then shade the region

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in compound inequalities you will have 2 lines plot them and shade the region considering y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So so far, I got this: solving inequality - Don't change the signs and find values and to plot an inequality you plot the lines find and out if its y greater than or less than equation and then shade the region. compound inequalities – Take your two lines plot them and shade the region according to y.

@Notamathgenuis1 Is all of this correct? And can you add to it please?(:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That seems like dead on, Good job I would add some candy to it just incase you can always pass that way :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But i have a feeling something is left out!! does all that explain how to graph AND solve inequalities? as well as graphing compounds? It just doesnt seem right yet >.<

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The compound Inequalities seems like something could be added, I have no clue what though.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm... google will c:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Too goooogggleee

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well thats all which it needs but you should be ready for counter questioning though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i am ready for it. but does this look good? compound inequalities – Compound inequalities normally have 3 parts. The goal is to get the x alone, so take out the numbers not needed, and you will end up with a total of 2 numbers. Then, after you plot your numbers, take your two lines plot them and shade the region according to y.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well its good

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but what? its good

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay lol i thought you were saying that it could be better. thanks again c:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you are welcomeeeeeee
