I've heared that Bio chat has been getting out of line from time to time. I think we need more chat mods to prevent things like that happening. So I'd like to voulenteer as Bio chat mod! ^^ #CarnielForBioChatMod!!!!

Yeah, I like the idea of chat mods. :) I know of no precedent for volunteering to be a chat moderator in a specific group, but I also know of no reason why it can't be done. Long ago the highest ranked user in each group currently online used to be a defacto mod in that group (though without the ability to warn or suspend) and we have had group mods with limited powers in the past. 

And I think Carniel would do an awesome job with the bio chat.

There would have to be some canny thought into what privileges chat mods should be given - perhaps the abilities to warn and give short suspensions? - but in general it's a good idea.

The idea of the chat mods would be really great! I really think @Carniel  would be a great mod for the bio chat, he is always on top of things and enforcing the CoC! and is a very kind person (:

Regulation of chats would only aggravate the problem. It would be better to have the software coders and developers implement a feature that would automatically regulate the chat sessions. This would be more efficient as some moderators would either exert more than the 100% effort required, or others would be lax in such moderation.

I Love the idea of chat mods...would really help all the chats stay under control and somewhat peaceful. I think carniel would be a great for bio chat mod. I volunteer for music chat mod.
