I have the answer can someone please check me Find the derivative of ((2x+3)/(4x-3))

OpenStudy (zehanz):

What is your answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got \[\frac{ 18 }{ (4x-3)^2 }\]

OpenStudy (zehanz):

I got almost the same! \(-\dfrac{18}{(4x-3)^2}\) Could you check the denominator before simplifying?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (zehanz):

Sorr, the numerator :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok just rechecked it and yes negative you are right

OpenStudy (zehanz):

It was \(2(4x-3)-4(2x+3)\) and that works out to -18

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup got it thanks

OpenStudy (zehanz):
