Question

Having trouble with problem set 4, part 3. After encoding the first layer, I can't seem to figure out how to start encoding at the correct point for the next layer.

600sc 2011 course? the function is passed a string and a list of tuples. each tuple is an encoding layer. index zero of each tuple tells you where to start applying the shift.
