I just don't understand this! (Geometry)
1. Create a line segment, bisect it, create an angle, and bisect it.
2. Cope the line segment and angle from part 1 using appropriate construction tools, and justify each step of your construction process.
3.Based on what you learned about constructions, use complete sentences to write a prediction of how you could copy a given triangle. Create a triangle and try to construct another triangle congruent to it. Justify each step of your construction. Then answer the following questions:

What I am confused about is, how do you bisect a line segment and angle and what the "construction" process is. I'm not the brightest in math so if someone could give me a basic explanation that would be very appreciated!

So for dissecting an angle it's basically just dividing it in half?
