Well..so you have the shipment fee of 4.99 and the per pound fee of 0.65.
So..
Lets look at the per pound fee. You have a piece of furniture that is 8 POUNDS.
To find the total amount you need to pay for the whole piece of furniture you need to multiply 0.65 x 8
agree?
0.65 x 8= 5.20
Now we know that the piece of furniture costs $5.20
You buy that piece of furniture and its shipping price is $4.99
so now you have to add the shipping cost to the cost of the piece of furniture.
that would be..
$4.99 + $5.20
= $10.19
