Someone assist me here: x^5/((1-10x)(√(x^2 + 2))

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are you trying to accomplish?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The question asks me to differentiate. The given expression. Sorry for not indicating that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[x^5/((1-10x)(√{x^2 + 2}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

DO u know how to differentiate the denominator (only)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

looks like a setup for logarithmic differentiation to me take the log use properties of the log to simplify a ton take the derivative multiply by the original function

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks satellite73. I had forgotten the idea of logarithmic differentiation. I'm happy you reminded me.
