3. you have the number stands before theta is 4/3. it means the period of function is Pi/4/3 = 3Pi/4. for tangent function the graph with period 3pi/4 can be drawn as attachment. the way you do is dividing 3Pi/4 by 2 you get the half of period: 3Pi/8 . take 0 as middle point. back to the left 3Pi/8 to get -3Pi/8 point. then from 0 go to the right exactly 3Pi/8 to get another point. draw out the graph
