someone please hlp me. :(

OpenStudy (tanner23456):

So what do you need help with?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

help to get through it. when the drums r goin m cello is vibrating. thts without mikes, and my timing ive watched it an know how it goes its just the harmonizing.

OpenStudy (tanner23456):

So, you know your part? You just need to know how to keep the beat? sorry, I don't really understand.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no I know my part sort of, sometimes it is the other instrumnts drowning out the sound, and ive never done anything lke ths before.

OpenStudy (tanner23456):

Do you get a microphone?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not sure. plus weve haven't practiced with everyone yet and it was hard enough with the drums and other bass players.

OpenStudy (tanner23456):

Yeah, a cello would definitely get drowned out in that mix. See if they'll mic you and get you a headset so you can hear yourself among all the other instruments. If they can't get you those things then don't worry too much because most people probably won't be able to hear you unless you have a solo.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah thts wat im afraid of. at my winter showcase I was shaking the whole time I played, I don't want a solo. but ill see I get a mike.

OpenStudy (tanner23456):

You could maybe try playing with loud music to practice?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah ill try tht thnks. feeling a bit calmer.
