Please Help.. What is the solution set of |x| > 12? x < –12 or x > 12 x < 12 x > –12 and x < 12 x > –12

You have two different solution sets. This is because you have an absolute value function. First you have x > 12 And. Here you have -x >12 When you divide both sides by -1 you reverse the inequality sign. x<-12
