What are the control and data dependencies of this code?

int foo (int max, boolean par) {
int sum = 0;
while (max > 0) {
if (max%2 == 0) {
sum += par ? max : 0;
} else {
sum += par ? 0 : max;
}
max--;

return sum;

if-else is responsible for control dependencies.. while data dependency is RAW,WAR and WAW.
it's simple.. just learn the basic concept..
