What is the radian measure of an angle of 39°? a. .21667 b. 122.522 c. .31793 d. .68068

OpenStudy (kfujioka):

D. (I think)

Is degrees to radians: deg times pi/180 ?

OpenStudy (kfujioka):

360 degrees should return 2pi, so, yeah.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the way I remember it is if I want to keep the pi (deg -> rad) than pi goes on top pi/180. If I have pi (in rad already) but want to get rid of it then pi goes on the bottom. 180/pi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

did that help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh, I see. Thank you both!

you are welcome.
