A company makes $25 profit from the sale of product A and $35 from the sale of product B. Each A uses 3 units of material amd 5 units of labor. Each B requires 5 units of material and 4 units of labor. Let x be the A to manufacture and the y the number of B. Write the objective function and all the constraints necessary to maximize profit if the company has 300 units of materials and 400 units of labor available. Do not solve.

OpenStudy (kropot72):

The objective function for the profit is \[P=25x+35y\] The linear inequation for the material is \[3x+5y \le300\] the linear inequation for the labor is \[5x+4y \le400\] The two linear inequations are the constraints that establish the feasible region.
