this is my idea, scientific method is based on the observations and hypothesis , but there are things which are not sensed to us, really I mean that to have some observations our sense organs are not enough, may be the instruments too.

So if some one tells that physical Universe is what we see, or sensed , it is not totally correct that scientific method will be good for to determine about the physical Universe
