thats multiple different languages mixed in one...so you could make up your own language like "the language of the dead" or "the language of the underworld" or even "the language of the evils"

close the mouth slightly..add more teeth...much thinner much sharper...make some wrinkles and scars around the face...maybe lenthen out the chin...add a wrinkily inset nose maybe a little bit michael jackson style...and lastly add som menicing squinted eyes ...add lots of scars and wrinkles...
