ok so the question is this. we did a similar question earlier that @DLS posted finding the velocity of a random pt when the body is rolling. so you said the angular velocity is same so rotational velocity will be v*r/R where r is the distance of the random pt from the centre and R is the radius of the disc. Now here is the question. We have to find the velocity of a pt P with respect to another point Q in the disc?

relative velocity.. then you need to find the two velocities and do a vector subtraction of them
