You want this place to be really cool — but also a place where people can relax and get comfortable. What kind of establishment will you open? How will you get people in the doors? An example is Starbucks. They used to give free drinks and still have free wifi to keep people coming back or staying and potentially buying more. It has now become a place for businesses to meet and interact. You could have a live band every evening to try and get people to come in. Do special promotions like a free drink to the first ten customers. 50% off the first drink, etc.
