ok this refers to the second derivative test and the equation is f(x)=-5x^2+8x-12 and derivative of that is -10x+8 and 2nd derivative of that is f''(x)=-10 but I want to know how 4/5 is less than zero making the function have no relative minimum and (4/5, -44/5) a relative maximum
