Celia made a paper ice cream cone with a right triangle and a semicircle. The semicircle is above the shorter leg of the right triangle.

Circumference of circle = 2 * pi * r
Half a circle = pi * r
P = pi * r + 20 + 25
P = 3.14 * 7.5 + 45
P = 23.55 + 45
P = 68.55 cm
