I've noticed some grammatical errors, which word processing program are you using? If you're using Microsoft Word, or anything similar, go to the Review tab, hit "Spelling & Grammar" in the top left (has a picture of a blue check mark), and look for the errors it shows. Mostly all the problems are double spacing, for instance, "lack civic" is considered an error, because you hit space twice.

oh, ok. beside that is their anything wrong with sentence structure of some sentence or anything else?

Kinda seems like there are some plurality problems as well, such as "...on how the outcome of both election would have been..." Election should be pluralized, because you are talking about both of them, meaning there are two units.

So is everything else ok
