it will be a dashed line because it does not have a line underneath it and sense the y is greater then the shading will go above the line

i thought dashed line only applies if it were > or <. this one is has an = after it, so it has to be a solid line.

why is there a > and an = if it is = then it is solid but if it is > it is dashed
