replace \(k\) by \(1\) get \((1+9)^2=10^2=100\)

then replace \(k\) by \(2\) and get \((2+9)^2=11^2=121\) then replace \(k\) by \(3\) and finally replace \(k\) by \(4\) then add up all your answers
