That's the change in the input but what I meant was, the larger the input becomes, what changes in the output? Does it increase or decrease?

No...if when the input is 35 the output is 44 and when the input is 50 the output is 24 then the output is inversely proportional to the input. Thus, the higher the input the lower the output.
