medal shall be awarded to the best answer Which statement best describes how muscles help the body move? A. The tendon of a muscle pulls on a bone. B.The ligament pulls on the muscle attached to the bone. C.The muscle pushes against a joint D.One muscle pulls on another muscle. think its C but not sure plz helpppp
no I think the answer is Option D. because a relaxed muscle cannot come back to its position without the action of another muscle(antagonistic muscle). if muscles donot move how will the body move??
ok ill let u know in a bit
i think it is D too...
Remember that muscles are not usually attached to one another. Instead, muscles have an origin and an insertion point. Each point attaches to a part of a bone. Muscle attaches to a bone through a component called a tendon. On the other hand, ligaments do not attach to anything except bone. It is the ligament that attaches bone to bone and tendon that attaches bone to muscle. Hope this clarifies any misunderstandings about muscle movement.
