What is the latus rectum of (x+1)^2=6(y-2)?

OpenStudy (mertsj):

The latus rectum of a parabola is 4p. Your equation is in the form x^2=4py so it should be easy to identify 4p

So if my latus rectum is 3/5, and I drew it on the graph, should I move .3 units the left and right from the focus? @Mertsj

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Or should I move 3 units to the right and left on from the focus?
