What is multiplicative inverse of -1/9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wow, most of the people in the world are retarded (referring to the people answering, and not the asker). The answer is -1, since -1 * -1 = 1. A multiplicative inverse is the number that when multiplied by the original number give you 1.
