What is the difference between the induced fit model of an enzyme action and the lock and key model ?

OpenStudy (dean.shyy):

The lock and key model is based on an exact fit conformation for both enzyme and substrate. An induced fit model is based on an adaptive fit for both substrate and enzyme. In this scenario, the enzyme conforms to the substrate's shape.
