you need to find A,B, C in \(\large F(s)=\dfrac{4}{(s+2)(s+1)^2}=\dfrac{A}{s+2}+\dfrac{B}{s+1}+\dfrac{C}{(s+1)^2}\) so that you get the terms in standard form and thereby can take inverse laplace transform of each term.

\(\large F(s)=\dfrac{4}{(s+2)(s+1)^2}=\dfrac{A}{s+2}+\dfrac{B}{s+1}+\dfrac{C}{(s+1)^2} \\ \large \implies 4 =A(s+1)^2+B(s+1)(s+2)+C(s+2)\) to find A, put s=-2 to find C, put s=-1 to find B, put any other values of s, say s=0. and tell me what you get A,B,C values.
