Does anyone know how to use Stokes' Theorem?

Let S be the part of the plane \[z=f(x,y)=4x-8y+5 \] above the region \[(x-1)^{2}+(y-3)^{2}\le9\] oriented with an upward pointing normal. Use Stokes' Theorem to evaluate \[\int\limits_{}^{}(2zi+xj+k) ds\]
