If he chooses one pen and one highlighter without looking, what is the probability that he will get a black pen and he will not get a green highlighter?

times 100% cause it 7/22*20/22 will give you a decimal number, and since you want your answer in percentage, so you need to times 100%. Note % =1/100, so by multiply 100%, you are basically multiply 1
