PLEASE HELP!! Make an equation from these set of numbers. (X), -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 (Y), 6, 4.5, 3, 1.5, 0

Directrix (directrix):

(-1,6), (0,4.5), (1,3), 2, 1.5), (3,0) is the same as (-1,6), (0, 9/2), (1,3), 2, 3/2), (3,0). is the same as (-1, 12/2), (0, 9/2), (1, 6/2), (2, 3/2), (3,0/2). Note that as the x-values go up by one, the y-values go down by 3/2. How can this be written as an equation?
