Because of the very skilled part I would say the answer to number 2 is predictable. placid means calm and that kinda doesnt make sense. volatile is unstable. doesnt make sense either. reasonable doesnt make sense.
3. inept means unable to handle a job. fear doesnt fall into the category of the words. the only word that makes sense would be authority.
