there's almost no actual statistics involved in this one, if you times a positive by a positive, you'll always get a positive answer ie 3* 5 = 15 however 3 *-3 = -9 so there's no way you could have a negative number in your expansion

so the 2 probable answers are A or C

and nothing times 3 = 1, so C's out

Options B and C can be eliminated as 3^7 is not a 1 Choice D can be eliminated because of the negative signs. that doe not leave you with much of a choice does it?
